1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between k499 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "User") who accesses, browses, registers, deposits, wagers, or otherwise uses the services provided at k499. By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the k499 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you accept them without reservation.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each individual may hold only one registered account on k499 at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

k499 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You may be required to submit documentary evidence to verify your identity, address, and payment method ownership at any stage of your use of the platform — including prior to processing your first withdrawal. Accepted identification documents include national identity cards, passports, and driving licences. Proof of address documents may include recent utility bills, bank statements, or official government correspondence dated within the past three months.

k499 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal facilities and restrict account activity pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in permanent account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. k499 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to maintain credential security. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on k499 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). k499 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. The availability of specific payment channels may vary from time to time without prior notice.

4.1 Deposit Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, as displayed on the deposit page.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your k499 account balance within seconds of successful mobile wallet confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours to be credited, subject to the processing times of the respective banking institution.
• k499 does not apply any processing fee to deposits. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which k499 bears no responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the refund of the deposit and potential account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to technical availability.
• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• k499 aims to process approved withdrawal requests to mobile wallets within the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.
• k499 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests and to delay processing where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before a withdrawal can be requested against bonus-related funds.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on k499 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager. General betting and gaming rules include the following provisions:

• All bets are final once confirmed. k499 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the platform, except where explicitly permitted by the specific game or sport rules.
• k499 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been subject to manipulation, corruption, or any irregular activity that may affect the integrity of the outcome.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and may vary by sport, market, and event. Current stake limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• In the event of a technical fault, network error, or any system disruption during a live bet or casino game session, k499 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. Voided bets will have the stake returned to the player's account balance.
• k499 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all RNG-based casino games. Live dealer games are operated by independent studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, and Spribe, whose own game rules apply in addition to these Terms.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official results declared by the relevant governing body. k499's settlement decision is final in all cases of ambiguity.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

k499 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, in addition to these general bonus terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k499 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in a manner that confers an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of corrupt activity in relation to any sporting event or casino game available on k499.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, exploit, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure or software of the k499 platform.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing k499 staff or other players via any communication channel including live chat or email.

8 Responsible Gaming

If a dispute cannot be resolved through k499's internal process, the parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

13 Amendments to These Terms

k499 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, k499 will publish the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date and, where practicable, will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the k499 platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
